DRB Tunnel (and its newer Patheon platform) is the gold standard for multi-site tunnel control and member access. If you operate 3+ tunnels, you’re probably already on DRB. That’s the tunnel-side stack. The customer-side stack is where the snapshot fits.
What DRB does well
- Multi-site tunnel control (conveyor, chemistry, blowers)
- Member-access barcode and LPR at the gate
- Centralized member database
- Per-site reporting
- Some basic dunning integrations

Integration
The snapshot integrates with DRB Patheon via webhook on both sides — wash counts and LPR events flow in, member status flows back. Customer-side marketing, retention, and fleet workflow runs in the snapshot; tunnel-side operations stay in DRB.
Who should not buy the snapshot
If you run a single site, you have no unlimited plan, and every customer pays per wash at the kiosk, there is far less for the snapshot to do. Its value is concentrated in recurring billing, member retention and detail bookings. A pay-per-wash site with no membership and no detail bay gets the review engine and not much else, and that is not worth the install on its own.
Pricing
DRB Patheon is enterprise-tier multi-site pricing. The snapshot is $997 one-time with only your GoHighLevel subscription as ongoing cost. Per-site cost is the only ongoing add when you scale.
