Why the format changes the automation

An express tunnel and a mobile detailer both wash cars and share almost nothing else. The tunnel sells a subscription at a pay station in under a minute and lives or dies on how many of those plans survive month three. The detailer sells a three-hour appointment that needs a quote, a deposit and a confirmed slot, and never sees more than a handful of customers a day. Pointing the same workflow set at both is how a snapshot ends up unused.

So the pages below are not variations on one template. A membership site gets the conversion funnel, the dunning ladder and the save offer. A detail or ceramic shop gets quote capture, deposit collection and a bay calendar that will not double-book a full-day correction. A fleet or truck wash gets a commercial pipeline with net terms, scheduled recurring visits and a named account owner. Pick the one that matches how you take money and the rest of the build follows from it.

If you run more than one format on one site, which is common for a full-service wash with detail bays attached, start with the page that describes where most of your revenue comes from. The install covers both.
