License Terms

What you may and may not do with the Car Wash Snapshot once it is installed in your GoHighLevel account, including resale, sharing and client use.

These License Terms explain exactly what you are allowed to do with the GHL Car Wash Snapshot and everything delivered with it: workflows, funnels, pipelines, AI prompts, calendars, forms, SMS and email sequences, website templates and design assets (together, the "Snapshot"). They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and form part of the same agreement.

The short version

Buy it once, use it in your own GoHighLevel agency account forever, across unlimited sub-accounts, for as many wash sites as you can win. Charge them whatever you like. Change anything you want. Do not hand the Snapshot itself to another agency unless you hold a Reseller License.

What your standard license includes

Every purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Install the Snapshot in one GoHighLevel agency account, the one it was issued to.
  • Deploy it into unlimited sub-accounts inside that agency account, with no per-install fee and no seat counting.
  • Use it commercially for your own wash sites, and charge them any amount you choose for your work.
  • Modify, rebrand, rewrite, restructure and redesign any part of it.
  • Run it entirely white label. No attribution to us is required anywhere, at any time.
  • Keep using it after your update and support window closes. The license does not expire.

What you may not do

Under the standard license you may not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, lease or give the Snapshot to another GoHighLevel agency for use in their agency account.
  • Distribute the GoHighLevel share link to anyone outside your own organisation.
  • List it as a product, template, download or bonus on your own website, in a marketplace, in a course, or in a community.
  • Install it in a second agency account, whether yours or a partner's. That needs a second license.
  • Publish the Snapshot's contents publicly, including in tutorials, swipe files or template libraries.

Where the line sits

The test is simple. Selling your work is always allowed. Selling the Snapshot is not.

Charging a wash operator to build, customize, host and run their account has always been allowed, at any price you like. That is your service, and it has never required anything beyond the standard license. What the standard license does not cover is the Snapshot itself changing hands, so that another agency can run it in an account you do not control.

If you want to resell the Snapshot

That is what the Reseller License is for. It costs $1,500 per snapshot, one time, on top of the snapshot's own price, and drops to $1,000 per snapshot when you license five or more in a single order. It adds the right to sell the Snapshot to other GoHighLevel agencies and from your own website, under your own brand, with no revenue share and no cap on volume.

Agencies who buy from you receive a standard license, not a reseller license. They may not redistribute it onward.

Design assets, copy and content

Copy, layouts, message templates and design assets delivered inside the Snapshot are licensed to you on the same terms as the rest of it. You may edit and rebrand them freely for use in your own account and your clients' sub-accounts. You may not repackage them as a standalone template, swipe file or content product for distribution.

Any stock imagery included is licensed for use within the Snapshot. If you intend to use it in unrelated material, check the original license first.

Team and contractor access

Your own staff and contractors may work with the Snapshot inside your agency account as part of their work for you. That is normal use and needs no extra license. They may not keep a copy, or take it to another agency, when the engagement ends.

Updates, support and term

The license is perpetual for the version you bought. Updates and support run for the window stated at purchase. When that window closes, everything you already have keeps working and your right to use it is unaffected. Only access to new versions and to our support stops.

If the license is breached

Snapshot builds carry internal identifiers, so a redistributed copy traces back to the account it was issued to. Redistribution without a Reseller License terminates your license immediately and without refund, and we may pursue takedowns and damages.

If you have already sold copies without the right license, email [email protected] and say so. We would far rather license you properly going forward than pursue a breach.

What this license does not cover

This license covers the Snapshot only. It is not a license to GoHighLevel itself, which you buy separately from HighLevel, Inc. under their terms. We are an independent product team and are not affiliated with HighLevel, Inc.

The Snapshot is a set of tools. It does not constitute professional advice, and outcomes depend on how you configure and operate it.

These License Terms are governed by the laws stated in our Terms and Conditions, which apply in full to this document.
